Having raised hogs, I am fairly certain that there aren’t a lot of bones in the belly.
Is there something else with bones that gets called pork belly?

Just picked mine up! About to smoke some bacon this weekend! Remember with a flat $10 off the better deal is buying multiple smaller packages then one large package. You get more dollars off per pound on the smaller packages.

I wish we had a Costco where I live. At least both local butchers I got to can get pork belly and a very similar or less cost. I love smoking and cooking with pork belly. Such a great cut you can make a lot of dishes out of.
